I’m a fashion editor and writer who’s written for Refinery29, Teen Vogue, Coveteur, New York Magazine, and Racked.
Channing in the City is my guide to the New York City, where I (personify it to) write monthly love letters, go inside stylish residents’ closets, and occasionally make videos. But mostly, I share tidbits of my daily life living in a tiny studio in a big city. Like, that
one time there was a mouse in my apartment — eep!

This is how I do NYC.
I’m a fashion writer with a knack for market and shopping stories. I’ve gone inside the Rockettes’ costume closet, chatted with legendary stylist Patricia Field about closing her iconic store on Bowery, interviewed French leather goods brand Moynat’s CEO inside its new Upper East Side store, plus supermodels like Naomi Campbell and Lisa Kebede. Oh, and there was the time I interviewed Carine Roitfeld during New York Fashion Week with a glass of champagne in my hand.
